My journey through the online MLS program at Southern State Connecticut University has been a challenging adventure. I learned to think in new ways about information and libraries and more importantly, actually being an online student in a successful online program while continuing to teach online deepened my belief that distance learning is a viable and positive approach to learning. I’m not sure where my journey will end, but I feel I’ve gained valuable skills and knowledge through my studies, and I’m prepared to move on to a successful professional career in the field of information and library science.
